Saint-Jean-d’Eyraud is located at 14 kms from the medieval town of Bergerac and 106 kms from the port city of Bordeaux.

This detached property is located on the outskirts of the village of St. Jean d’Eyraud (Périgord Pourpre) in the Department of the Dordogne, part of the Aquitaine region. The Department of the Dordogne is rich in remarkable sites and known for its unspoilt natural landscape and its multi-faceted history, culture and gastronomy.
The four areas of the Périgord are:
